Final Planning Journey

Beginning at $2,350

If you are a planning rockstar and just need the fine-tuning of a professional, plus would like complete peace of mind for all the day of logistics, then this “day-of” coordination package is perfect for you. Perfect Storm Moments will dive in about 60 days out to coordinate with your wedding vendors, create detailed timeline for the wedding day, and ensure all goes well on your wedding day.

Our Final Planning Journey includes:

-Venue site visit 30 – 60 days prior to wedding day

-Up to (2) in-person (or virtual) planning meetings

-Coordination with venue staff

-Creation and distribution of event day timeline

-Rehearsal ceremony coordination

-(1) Event professional on-site day-of 

-Up to 12 hours on-site for the wedding day

-Light décor set-up and placement of collateral (guestbook, signage, etc.)

-Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

-Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client

Signature Planning Adventure

Beginning at $5,000

Our signature partial wedding planning support for the couple that is comfortable managing the leg work along the way. With our Signature planning adventure, we are on-board right from the start with an initial planning meeting, budget consultation and vendor recommendations. You will manage the planning process and your budget, but we are right there the entire time to advise and support and remind.  

Our Signature Planning Journey includes:

-Initial planning meeting to get things started, including budget consultation and advice

-Custom planning checklist with to-do’s outlined throughout the process

-Venue site visit 30 – 60 days prior to wedding day

-Up to (4) in-person (or virtual) planning meetings

-Unlimited email support for consultation

-Coordination with venue staff

-Creation and distribution of event day timeline

-Rehearsal ceremony coordination

-Amy & Aaron on-site day-of 

-Up to 12 hours on-site for the wedding day

-Light décor set-up and placement of collateral (guestbook, signage, etc.)

-Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

Premier Planning + Design Experience

Beginning at $9,000

Perfect for the busy couple that prefers to let professionals do the heavy lifting while they enjoy the fun parts. Whether here in the Northwest or elsewhere in the world, Perfect Storm Moments will handle all of the wedding planning and coordination along the way, keeping you well informed at each decision point. Let us build the perfect team to match your vision. 

Our Premier Planning Adventure includes:

-Budget planning and management

-Venue selection and site visits

-Vendor sourcing, coordination, and management

-Contract review and negotiation

-Website creation and management

-Guest list & RSVP management and communications

– Up to (5) in-person planning meetings with monthly virtual check-ins

-Planning checklist with tasks outlined throughout the process

-Creation of design plan to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations, color palette, and custom floor plans

-Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design and tablescape décor

-Sourcing of custom design pieces including event furnishings and décor

-Management of structural event elements including tenting, flooring, and staging 

-Curation of paper suite to include: invitations, place cards, name cards, signage, etc. 

-Design of custom installations for cake, escort card, and other displays

-Management of all transportation logistics for guests and wedding party

-Coordination with venue staff

-Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIPs

-Rehearsal dinner planning & coordination

-Rehearsal ceremony coordination

-Amy & Aaron on-site day-of + 1 assistant 

-Unlimited hours onsite for the wedding day 

-Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

Final Planning + Design

Beginning at $6,000

If you are comfortable with the logistics of planning your wedding day, but need some help and support with the design and décor, this is the perfect solution for you. We will support with vendor recommendations and connections, but let you handle the planning conversations while we work on making things beautiful. We will be available to answer questions along the way and on the wedding day, our team will be right there to manage things from start to finish.

Our Final Planning + Design includes:

Requires a minimum floral order of $3,000

-One kick-off design meeting at time of booking, plus up to (2) additional in-person (or virtual) design meetings

-Creation of design plan to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations, color palette, and custom floor plans

-Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design and tablescape décor

-Sourcing of custom design pieces including event furnishings and all décor

-Vendor referrals & recommendations

-Up to (2) in-person (or virtual) planning meetings

-Final venue site visit 30 – 60 days prior to wedding day

-Coordination with venue staff

-Creation and distribution of event day timeline to wedding team

-Ceremony rehearsal coordination

-(1) Event professional on-site day-of 

-Up to 10 hours on-site for the wedding day

-Placement of collateral items (guestbook, signage, etc.)

-Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

-Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client

We offer full service floral support as well as custom décor with a wide line of rental items to support your wedding vision. As your designer, we will create custom vision boards to help convey the look and source, build, and develop all that is needed to execute your wedding design.
